    Hi Vegas Users,

I recently switched from my Intel P3 to my new AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800 Dual- Core 2.4GHz Mean Machine. I have downloaded Vegas6 and also the updated version Vegas 6.0d. I had a media manager problem so I deleted Vegas6 and downloaded it again which solved that problem. My next problem is that my preview screen is in widescreen and I’m unable to switch it back to 4:3. In my old system I can do it with no problem. Can someone shine some light into my pasture please.

Is your PROJECT set to wide screen? Go to File – Properties and verify.

Hey Ralph. No comments (as Edward already addressed your issue) other than to say WOW!!! Nice toy.
I’ve got a quote on an almost identical box. Now I just have to convince my wife that I’m worth it 🙂

    Hi Ed & Mike,

Thanks for responding. My setting is set to NTSC DV (720×480, 29.970 fps), but I’m still in widescreen. Mike, you know I’ve been after a new computer for a long time and now I finally broke down and bought one from Tastycomputers.com
    🙂 HURRAY!

    Hello Again,

I have to make an additional comment to the previous post. I have to thank Gary Kleiner for the test results he’s done in the past. That’s what convinced me.
    Thanks Gary
