  switching between mbox & projectmix with pro tools

  hi,
  im using pro tools 9. i have a projectmix (8 track mpowered interface) and an mbox. i would like to be able to switch between using both for travel/convenience reasons but when i plug the mbox into my macbook pro i cannot assign inputs to either of the 2 mbox inputs. pro tools is looking for the 8-track projectmix so the input buttons remain greyed out.
  is there an easy way to switch my I/Os each time i connect either one of my interfaces?
