    Hi –

Forgive me if this is really obvious or basic.
I’m an experienced editor but a little rusty on the AVID, and
I’ve had no luck in the manual, help, or a Cow forum search.

I group 2 clips together. I hit “quad split” and select whichever angle I want. But the audio tracks do not switch over with the video track. Its easy to switch in the timeline but how do I do it in the Source window??

    Thanks,
    Jesse

Top right hand corner of the source monitor, there is a pulldown menu (you have to be in multicam mode to see it). It looks like a grouped clip – click on it, and select ‘audio follow video’. I believe that will do what you are asking.
