SW LAUNCH FAILURE
Just downloaded and installed Media 100 sw. When trying to open the program, I get the following error message: APPLICATION LAUNCH FAILURE – The application “Media 100 sw” could not be launched because of a shared library error. “*<Media 100 sw> <Media 100 HDx fragment> <> <>”
What do I need to do to get the program to open. Thanks in advance for your help.

The sw Beta works fine for us. What version of OSX have you installed? Have you tried reinstalling the software, or installing on a different Mac?

Hi Floh – Problem solved. I installed SW on two different computers ( a G4 and a G5) and got the same error message on each of them when trying to launch the program. Both computers were running OS 10.3.7. When I upgraded each of them to OS 10.3.9, SW opened without any problem and runs fine. Evidently SW can’t run on OS 10.3.7. Thanks for responding.
