My name is not pronounced like Cisco, but like “suuhs-ko”. Though if you’re a stickler for the Polish pronunciation, it’s “Sue sh-koh”. Dad Americanized it because so few people could say it properly. He was always being mistaken for Japanese.

I had nothing to do with this flip cam death Cisco pulled a Gordon Gekko… I bet Zacuto is mad though; the new matte boxes and pro eyepiece extension add-ons for the Flip were just arriving from the factory…

Really, I don’t understand what Cisco was thinking when they acquired Pure Digital. That they would add routers to all the flip cameras? Wirelessly connect them to the cloud? You would have thought they had some overall strategy in such an acquisition that leveraged a Cisco product or service applied to the cams.

In defense of Cisco, they make an excellent DVR, by the way.
