  • Support for “Shot Mark” when offloading/Log and Transfer to FCP

The HPX500 has a function “shot mark”.

I use HD Log to offload my P2 cards and then Log and Transfer (Import P2…) in FCP 5.1.4.

Does FCP support the Shot Mark info in the P2 media, so that I can easily just pick the good shots for QT conversion in FCP?

There is a way to create QT alias’ of the XML files, then import those, then export an XML from HD LOG so that you can read the XMLs directly like Raylight, and MAP the metadata to data fields in FCP, like GOOD and MASTER COMMENT. I gotta do a tutorial on this. And currently I am posting on my iPhone from Denver.
