superimposing still image onto video
Hello, i’m having a problem superimposing still image onto a video in adobe premier pro 1.5 . You see i have a picture from a show called one piece. On tv they censor charaters cigarettes out. I was wondering how exactly do you do this. I have thee video and an edited still picture. Now how do I paste the edited image on top of the video with out the scene looking freeze framed. Thanks!

If the stil image is what you are hoping to use as the sensor then you need to place your video in track 1, move your time indicator to the first frame you want the image to appear. Now place the stil image in track 2. Scale the image to the desired size. Then key frame the motion of the image to match the video.
