ok so i wanna make a video and in one of my scene i wanna make it look like they got hanged is there any CHEAP and SAFE way to make it look like some one got hang PLEASE HELP!

Hang the person by a rope tied to their belt. Have that rope come up through the back of their shirt. Use a different rope to make the noose; have only enough tension in that one to look good.

Depending on the clothing, riffing off Todd’s suggestion, you can hide a rope climbing harness under the clothes. Probably far more comfortable and secure.
