Suggestions for transparent audio interface

I bought a PreSonus 26c interface to use with a couple of Shure SM7bs and the preamps are insanely noisy.

Anybody have a portable mic interface they really love?

Hmm, noisy. I like the Sound Devices Mix Pre D. It’s discontinued, but if you can fin a good one on the used market, it’ll be a good solution. Here’s one on eBay.
