suggestions for the following real world and animation project
This is for 15 sec add. The client wants to see a real person filmed in a lab ( real world ), doing the following action which will be done as animation in post:
1- A faucet with water ( animation ) and the person above will turn it off
2- Glass of water with a pill ( animation ), the person above taking the pill and drink the glass of water
3- remote control ( animation ), with the person above inserting batteries in the remote controlso basically the objects above ( faucet, glass of water, remote control ) will be CGI and placed within the real world lab above and the person will used the CGI objects as described in steps 1-2-3
How would you guys tackle this project ??

Have the person do all those things with real objects and animate the CG on top, using roto to reveal back the hand/fingers/subject.

Are there any ”got cha” to look out for during the shoot. The client is using a different producer and camera crew then the one i’m used to, these people usually do documentary and not commercials or vfx.
