  Suggestions for budget PC to run PP CC 2017?

  Hi all!

  I am currently running an old AMD FX – 6100 Six Core processor, 3300Mhz, 3 cores, 8GB RAM.

  I am barely squeaking by while using CC2017 (lots of lag, etc.)

  I realize it’s an old computer and pretty much any new computer would be better, but I have been out of the computer buying game for so long, I don’t even know what’s good anymore. AMD? Intel? etc.

  Oh, I should mention I’m trying to stay around $1000. I realize for true editing I need a much better system, but I can barely afford that now!

  The only thing I know I need to increase is RAM. Beyond that, does anyone have ideas on good deals, models, specs, etc.

  ANY help would be greatly appreciated!!
