Suddenly FCP will not recognize playback devices
After we lost power to our camera during capture, FCP can’t seem to connect to any of our playback devices.
I’ve tried all the obvious things. Any help would be really appreciated, -

Might have messed up the power management on the FireWire bus… try resetting your PMU button ( just push it with a pencil eraser – it’s found in different places on different macs) on the motherboard after you’ve disconnected your mac from any power (i.e., UNPLUG IT FROM THE WALL).
