Subtitling with MC

Thanks for your response,
but the case is that there’s no belle nuit subtitler file.

And I have to do it directly in media composer.
My question is if someone have already did it in the title generators of the MC.

Yes. You can use Subcap, from the Generator tab in the Effects Palette.

I just subtitled the cutting copy of my current project for screening purposes. What I did was prepare a text document with the captions. Then placed a subcap effect on the places I needed subtitles, and copy pasted the right portion of text from the document into the Caption text.

Another thought: you can still _make_ the subtitle file in Belle Nuit’s Subtitler, then import it into SubCap. It will take master timecodes and place the captions where they were spotted in BN.
