  subtitling with final cut / export format / dvd authoring

  Hi,

  I am just done with a film and with it’s english subtitles. Now I want to subtitle the whole thing in spanish too. My question is:

  If I copy/paste the english subs and just substitute them with the translations in spanish, maintaining the same exact position in order to keep the timecode where it should be, just one line above, can I then just cut/paste onto an empty sequence and export it as a SRT file, and then create direct access to it on DVD Studio Pro?
