    Hi

I am authoring a project of approx 90 mins duration with subtitles.
The subtitles are FAB Image files, they import into Encore without any problems. Unfortunately the subtitle timecodes begin at 01 hours and the default timeline for the video/audio in Encore is 00 hours. Is there any way of either changing the default start timecode for Encores timeline or changing the FAB file to 00 start so that I can sync up the subtitles and the video.

    Any help more than welcome!

FABScripts are text files, yes? In that case, you should be able to edit the timecodes in any text editor.

Thanks Joe for your response. I managed to fix it, for once I read the manual! – Encore DVD2 – there is a good chapter on FAB Image Script.
During import select “Relative” to offset the timecode relative to the timeline (Page 213)- nice one Adobe.
Hope this will be useful if someone else has the same problem
