Subtitles not showing up
Hi, I’ve tried to hardcode srt subtitles that came with a video into the video, I’ve tried Handbrake, checked burn in etc but when I play the video in resolve it, they wont show up. Any idea why this is happening?

Sounds like a handbrake issue, not a resolve issue. If they are burnt into the video, it doesn’t matter what program you try to play them back in, they should show up. (I’m assuming by “burn in” you mean open captions that cant be turned off”)
With any subtitle issue, i would start by looking at the timecode listed in your SRT file. I know for Youtube to work they need to just start at 0:00, not 01:00. Handbrake might be similar…but you may want to look for a forum on handbrake for assistance.
