Hi, guys & girls. In scandinavia we use subtitles and don’t do dubbing. And in the NON-tv world, we do it with burned in subtitles, done in our NLE. Well for corporate business that is… and some other stuff.

I’ve made a program for doing this in a couple of seconds. Take the txt file from the translatorcopmany, and drop into my app, which gives me a xml file. This I import into fcp7 and my subtitles are ready, at timecode with the right plugin (i.e. DH-Subtitle)

do you guys do this ?

would you like to buy such an app ?

Thinking of making it into FCPX as well.

    Helge,

I did something similar about a decade ago For FCP (and other apps) and two years ago for FCPX.

So why not just creating the app and see what happens.
