Subscription Activation Problems
I go to launch Avid this evening and I get the error “Failed license renewal…” Nothing has changed. Address, credit card, everything is the same. I go to the Avid website and it tells me there is no subscription and that my system ID is invalid.
What do I do?

Call Avid. They will help you. You are entitled to support with your purchase. The Cow should not be where you go first.
Or e-mail their customs support guru
They are very responsive to this kind of stuff.

Now, now. Who wants to use their one call on a silly installation issue. Besides, I like seeing who else is having my problem, so I think the Cow’s a good place to go with this kind of issue.
