subliminal message
hi sorry for sounding stupid im totally new to video editing but im trying to make a subliminal self help dvd , can vegas pro 8 do this . i need the message to flash up every 5 seconds but only for 1 25th of a second . also if it can where can i get a good tutorial for a complete begginer. i would really appreciate any feed back on this . thank you

Well in NTSC land 1 frame is 1/30 second and I believe in PAL land one frame is 1/25 second. So if you happen to be in PAL land you would just have to place a single frame of your message on an upper track every 5 seconds. You could copy/paste the frame or use a script.
