    Hello,
I’m using PluralEyes to synch footage for a feature documentary with tons of footage. PluralEyes creates sequences of the synched footage. Now, when I make subclips for logging, FCP creates the subclip in the form of another sequence of that part of the larger sequence (as opposed to a subclip that when double-clicked shoots into the Viewer monitor for me to work with). I know that creating many sequences in FCP is a no-no…now I have A LOT of them. Does anyone know how to remedy this? Is there a away to make real subclips from sequences? Do I need to export a mixed version of each synched sequence in order to then bring them into FCP again and use it as a real subclip?!

    Thank you,
    Ilana

I too have the same question. It’s a year later than the last post, and I’m hoping someone can tackle this problem of making subclips into separate clips and NOT sequences.
