How do I make a subclip that doesn’t include all the original tracks of a clip? I am pulling soundbites from interviews, which I will then export for use on a website and I would like my subclips to include video and audio channel 1, but not audio channel 2.

I don’t think there’s a way to create a subclip that doesn’t contain all the tracks of the master clip that it came from.

You could export them as selfcontained movie however after you delete the tracks from a sequence etc…

It’s likely easier to make the subclips, then just not edit the audio track into a sequence you want to lose using the track buttons in the timeline window.
