  Subcap effect – crashing Avid

  Hi there,

  I’m working in a project that requires a lot of subtitling. But it seems that after using the subcap effect for about 5 minutes, my Avid crashes. Sometimes I get the following error: Exception:std::exception”.

  I am running Mac OS 10.5.4 and MC 3.0

  If anyone has any ideas of how to fix this, it would be greatly appreciated.
