I cannot access the style palette in Boris Title 3D. It’s just gone. None of the tabs are working: text, font, color, gradient. I have not deleted anything I am aware of. Running FCP 5.1.4

What file or folder should I look to see is missing?

We’ve seen this post many times. It is usually caused by a recent software update but you did not mention one.
I think the solution is to hit the Boris site and download a new file. Boris at one time had great technical support but that seems to have been in the olden days. Stillm you can drop them a note. Is there not a Boris forum here on the cow?

This is my standard sigfile so do not take it personally: “For crying out loud, read the freakin’ manual.”

Well, now that you mention it–I recently tried Boris Continuum Complete 4.0 on a two week trial. After the trial period, I deleted it. But BCC 3.0 is still available to me. Isn’t the Boris titler that is part of FCP separate from BCC?
