I’m having problems when putting movement to Livetype graphics imported to FCP. When I set up and do, say, a simple slide onto the screen from left to right of a Livetype graphic, the graphic stutters or ‘jumps’ during the movement. The result is unwatchable…Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong? I’m watching the output on an NTSC video monitor. Thanks…!

Are you rendering in FCP before checking?

Yes, I’m rendering before checking…this has been an intermittent problem for us in the past…the font I’m using is relatively large, which is the only thing different about this project. Could that be part of the problem? I must admit I am stumped..(but I’m also a fairly new user)….

Check your poroject setting in LiveType, they need to match the project settings in FCP.
