  stutter on footage shot with Canon 60D

  Hello

  I’ve seen that this question has been previously asked but I cannot find a proper answer: I have shot footage of some mosaics with a Canon 60D and when panning across a stutter is quite visible on playback – here is a link to it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L8AwU_RZ5-Q&feature=youtu.be
  The question is: is there any known program/ plug-in which can fix it?
