I just picked up this Korg controller to use on my Vista 64 SP2 machine. The firmware is up to date and I’m running the latest KORG USB-MIDI driver. Vegas sees the nanoKONTROL2, but (1) it won’t stick as an enabled input in Preferences/MIDI, and (2) when I try to set it up as a Generic Control, the status is “8 controllable channels” but MIDI Input is “none” and it’s disabled. Nor can I learn any functions.

I am starting up the nanoKONTROL2 in CC mode as documented by Korg. I just can’t figure out why there’s no communication with Vegas 11.0 Build 683. It works in SONAR.

This appears to be a problem only with Vegas-64. Everything works properly in Vegas-32.
