Stuck with Finger Pointer (no more Arrow)
Hi editors,
I’m editing in avid MC6 and I have been having this small issue with the cursor. It is stuck in finger pointer mode. I am assuming it is for some sort of tool but I can not figure out which. Also, it prevents me from clicking on certain buttons.
I tried resseting settings and creating a new user profile! No luck.
Any help would be awesome! -

Have been battling this very same thing in the last couple days. In the research I have done it looks like it is a bug and the “solve” is to open the command palet and change button to button reassignment to active pallete. It actually does work but the is just a workaround for a crazy problem. I even mapped the selection tool to my keyboard and it didn’t even fix it, the toggle never worked if I was stuck in hand mode.
