    hey, use the STROKE effect, set it to use the mask/path or to ALL MASKs – play with the settings, have fun.

    The Stroke effect is a rasterized effect – it will pixelate if you zoom into the layer. For such effects, it is better to use a Shape Layer, which is in vector format. Each Shape Layer automatically comes with separate Fill and Stroke parameters.
