Strobing Issue
I am working with Avid Media Composer v 3.5.1 on Mac OSX 10.5.6 and a Mojo DX, bringing in footage from a Sony JH-3 (SD out), through a Blackburst generator set to NTSC output.
When bringing in certain tapes a strobing effect occurs. This occasionally happens mid tape, but only if the tape (shot with an F900) is filming two separate locations, some time apart. I have spoken with the camera operator about his settings and he says nothing changes from one location to the next. I was curious if anyone knew what could be causing this issue.
