    Morning All,

So I’ve made these lovely apothecary bottles for a scene, and I wanted to ‘tie’ labels to them. Normally I’d spend ages drawing splines and moving points to get it to look right, but I wanted to know if anyone here had a faster method of doing this?

    Cheers,

    Nick Smith

I don’t know a way to simplify tying strings, but if you want something more interesting than single strands Reeper is nice, and it’s free.

Make the spline dynamical and let it fall on the bottle with a collider tag?

Thanks for the tips guys, I have reaper, and I did use that. And I also tried the spline dynamics, but it didn’t have the right look.
I ended up just spending a while modelling 1 knot and then connecting it to other splines to make it look right.

    Thanks though =]
