Hi there, i’m using Premiere CS6 and I’ve got an issue that is similar to other posts, but I think a little different.

We recorded live audio of a song last weekend with backing vocals, today we shot the lead singer.

Problem is that it was live and he didn’t do it at the same tempo. ARGH!

We are not using the video from last week but we want to use the background singers. What I want to know is there some automated way to stretch the audio from last week’s performance to fit this weeks?

Kind of like plural eyes, only different.

Please let me know if there is a solution.

    THANKS!

Last time I had to stretch audio, I exported to Adobe Audition, made the fix and dropped the audio back in Premiere.
