streaming video – sony a73 – OBS
Hi everyone,
I’ve been looking online but I didn’t find anything,.I’ll have to do a streaming video 20min interview;
.I’ve downloaded OBS app and I can’t “see” the camera, and I can’t hear the audio from the microphone… I’m looking for some help or suggestion pls..
.I’ve connected my Sony a73 to my new macbook directly with the usb-c cable, and it works, I can control the camera from the macbook with the sony Remote ImageEdge app;
.I’ve connected a Rode mic to the only little jack exit of the macbook, the one for the earplugs/headphones;
any hints or suggestions would be very appreciated, thanks in advance.

For the camera you’re going to need to actually pass the video signal into the computer using something like the Elgato Cam Link or Blackmagic Mini Recorder. The Sony program only passes data back and forth, not video.
For the audio, you’ll need a TRS to TRRS adapter
