Streaming Video
I have about 60 web videos that have already been compressed within compressor as h264 files. Just found out they need to be streaming video..which they are not right now. I don’t have access to the original media..only the already compressed media. Is their a way I can send them back through compressor to make them Fast Start without recompressing them?

Fast start is used for progressive download and shouldn’t be confused with hinting for streaming from a streaming server which is different technology.
