  Streaming AVI settings

  Hi folks,

  I’ve been asked to compress some videos to streaming AVIs in three sizes (56k, 128k & 256k) for a clients web site.

  Normally I would use wmvs and so don’t have any presets for AVIs, can anyone suggest some settings for these sizes or point me to where I could find the info?
