  Stream with a Buffer?

  I was wondering if there was a way to do a live stream with a buffer using a Blackmagic Design Intensity Pro? Essentially what would happen is the card would capture a video source and feed it to the program and that program would store that feed temporarily and then send it to the CDN for streaming. This would allow for maximum quality.

  The only question is, what’s the program called?
