streaking in film
in the hd version of Introduction and Tarantelle by Sarasate — Ann Fontanella (HD) I am getting alot of streaking in the film arround 1:57 when she gets real fast. Is there a way to clear this up or is it how it was recorded from the sony handycam?

That streaking is called “interlacing” and it is how TV’s display video (one field at a time). Since YouTube is not a TV set you should always deinterlace any footage targeted at a web device. Just render progressive and you should see a big improvement.

I have none, progressive already selected and I still get the interlacing

What camera and what makes you think it’s progressive already? It sure looks like interlace artifacts to me. Explain your workflow starting with your camera and ending with the render including project properties, etc. so we can figure out if interlacing is inadvertently being injected into your workflow.
