Strategy for chalkboard replacement
I have a tough challenge and any help would be useful. I have some footage of a girl standing in front of a chalkboard and I need to replace the image on the chalkboard with a new one I created in Photoshop.
I’m not sure the best way to go about this. Replacing the board seems relatively simple, but the issue is the girl standing in front of it, and the fact that the camera is handheld and a bit shaky. Her hair is really curly and full.
So my question is how would you suggest I go about making a mask on the chalkboard that tracks the motion and scale changes of the board, but also manages to work with the actor’s hair which is totally wild?
Any strategies would be welcome – thanks!
