Strange/Glitch Disc Information?
Hello everyone hope you’re well, so I’ve finally managed to finalise my latest project. Now it’s time to start authoring using Adobe Encore. It’s been quite some time since my last authoring and there must be something I’m not understanding or there might have been a major update.
I’m currently on the stage of “Building” a BluRay Disc. All my assets have been setup properly. In total all my assets combine together have just over 18GB file size. But below “Disc Information” it only shows few MB’s used, 24GB free!
What on earth is happening? How come only 1GB out of 18GB of the whole combined assets is being used on the BluRay disc?
Very strange, someone please share some light.

Farhan,
you are talking about assets, but you don´t tell us what specific assets they are. MOV, AVI or transcoded H264 and AC-3.I would guess the 18GB is a uncompressed video/audio-file, while encore is calculating 1GB to be transcoded H264+AC3.
