  Strange TC problem capturing HDV Tapes

  Hi Folks,
  today I had strange stuff happening. I tried capturing HDV tapes into a Symphony 3.05 via the HVR1500 Sony deck. I`m working in PAL and the deck shows me the correct TC on its display. The same correct TC shows also up in the capture tool. Now here comes the problem: as soon as I´m using a mark in the TC in the mark in field switches to drop frame!! The material was shot on a Sony cam so I think I can rule out incompatibility problems as with JVC cams.
  Capturing on the fly leads to an abort after a few minutes. If I choose to keep capture the material is still usable.Same situation on an Avid MC with another deck. Anyone got some hints?
