I’m getting a pixel shift when I add a perspective effective to a clip. the footage was shot HDV with a redrock micro, captured to 10 bit uncompressed sd and needs to be rotated 180 degrees. it looks fine in the viewer, canvas and client monitor. when i drop it in the timeline, the entire frame then seems to shift down a pixel or so and displays what looks like interlace artifacts. deinterlace cleans it up bit, but it’s not good enough quality. changing the field order didn’t work either. any ideas.

    thanks,

When you say changing the field order, do you mean the Shift Fields filter? If not, see if that works for you.

    Did you render this?

i rendered it and messed with all types of filters. i finally just exported it to Combustion, rotated it and reimported it. it’s perfect that way, but very cumbersome.
