Strange issue with Compressor

Might try a software update… 10.4.8 and QT 7.1.3 are out also with fairly recent Pro apps updates…

Just a follow up post. I was able to complete my projects so now I’ll have time to try and figure out what’s going on. I did check the console system logs and noticed that it reported a thermal event before it went to sleep. With compressor 1.X the fans would ramp up full speed while it was encoding but with compressor 2.1 the fans just run at a normal speed. Has anyone else noticed a difference with fan speed since upgrading? Thanks!
