Have you tried changing its Alpha Channel properties?
(like say from Straight Unmatted to Premultiplied).

    hi steve,
i see that a man can always count on you… your answer…
yea, i tried all of that stuff and few more and i see that it has nothing to do with the transparecy but rather it is a way that the format influences rendering in areas with straight lines. it gotta be this. proof? i tried to render to different formats and e.g renderd to mxf doesn’t affect picture at all. but after that i imported the not affeved final file into vegas and re-rendered it to mpg2. the black line has come back

Well then, seems its a compression issue if it shows up in
    different render formats.
