    Hi Cow,

    Never had this problem before.

Set up a render with multipass checked. A few different passes (RBGA, Depth etc) Saved mutlipass image checked and a destination chosen. All output formats are TIFF (psd) image sequences.

After rendering, all my multipasses are not present. When opening the Aep file in Ae the multipasses are imported as “placeholders” with the actual footage missing.

Is it something to do with TIFF’s? As I usually render out jpegs and never had this problem.

Any light shed on this would be thoroughly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Trevor

If you’re using the 64 bit version it could be a QT issue as Cinema uses QT to process tiffs. Adobe hasn’t provided 64 bit support. Try using .png instead.

    Thanks for that, Adam!

It does appear to be a 64bit issue as you said.

Rendered out PNG’s and no worries!

    Thanks again
