Strange color on B&W slates with download of .mp4
Our film has been selected for screening at a film festival. We sent them a .mp4 over Sendspace. Upon download of the file, we were told that there are some issues with the credits and the info slates we put into the film. The screenshots he sent us are these:

Here’s where the plot thickens. I downloaded the .mp4 from the same link that I sent him, and it plays back perfectly for us in quicktime. I don’t know what program he is using for playback. He said he is trying to break it down to burn to a dvd.
More interesting, the screenshots are of two different kinds of files, the credit slide is a .psd pulled into premiere, while the info was created natively within premiere as a title slide.
Any help on this would be hugely appreciated, this guy is trying to screen the film tomorrow so we are trying to work quickly to figure this out.
