    Hi All,

I’ve just updgraded to 5.1.2 and the “Boris” option is gone from my Viewer’s generator pull-down. When I
check in Library>Application Support>FCP System Support my bundles don’t show up as plugins, but as folders which
show you the package contents when you click on ’em.

Previous: Title Crawl.bundle with a plugin icon, Current: Title Crawl.bundle with a folder icon.

Any ideas on how to return these to their blessed plugin state?

    Thanks!
    Phil

You are talking about the Boris plugins that come with FCP, no?

Those seem to have changed to a bundle and they should still show up in your Generator menu. if they don’t, put them in the plug ins folder and not in a Boris folder within your plug ins folder.

Thanks Jeremy. That’s actually the way things are. I’m quite confused. I actually dragged some old plugins from a non-universal version into the folder and they work. I’d still like to know how things are working and why. But that’s just a general thing 🙂

I just re read you rlast post and I noticed that you said the bundles are now folders? Yeah, that’s not right. I would reinstall 5.1.2.
