Strange behavoir after render
I rendered a 2 minuet video sequence, and the render seemed to be going way faster than normal.. afterward when I play the video sequence it would play but the entire length of the video sequence appear to be only one frame.. the first frame.. as if it were playing a 2 minuet long still image.
Now if I don’t save and restart.. and make a second attempt.. if it
renders at regular pace.. some of the video will play.. but some will still be freeze framedI checked the source footage.. nothing is wrong with it..
Anyway to fix this problem

What version of Premiere Pro? What operating system? What kind of source footage?
If you’re using Premiere Pro CS5, have you installed the Premiere Pro CS5 (5.0.2) update? That update fixes a lot of problems.

You need to provide a LOT more info than you have…
Mac/Windows?
footage in question:
What camera/format/framerate/bitrate, etc. How did you bring it in to PPro?
sequence:
What framesize, framerate, preview settings in the sequence settings
effects:
What, if any effects are on the clip? fast/slow mo…time remap…color correction, etc.
you said you checked the footage and it’s OK:
What did you check it in? PPro’s source window? A media player? Something else?
Try to make a new project and use a piece of the problem footage in it under the same conditions…does the problem repeat?
