Strange behaviour when keyframing linked parameters
Just curious if any of you have experienced this behaviour. Using a simple expression, I have a property within a PreComp linked to an Expression Control Slider in the Parent comp. The link is fine- Slide the parent Comp slider and the property within the PreComp follows along nicely. However, the minute I add keyframes to the Expression Control Slider in the Parent Comp, the PreComp property doesn’t update. It just sits there at whatever its value was before you added the keyframe/s. Delete the keyframes and it suddenly begins updating to the correct value again.
Anyone experiencing this?

Which version of AE? Why don’t you put your script here for folks to take a look. There is a possibility that your script may be wonky.
