So, I’ve got this silhouette of a cityscape and I’m animating the big buildings, so I masked them out and left just the little buildings. When I apply the mask and view the comp at half resolution, it just duplicates the left half of the image for the right half.

Here’s the original silhouette with no mask.

Now, when I apply the mask, it looks like this.

But, when I view it at full quality with the mask, it goes back to looking like normal.

Anyone know why this is happening? I always view my comps at half res so this messed me up for quite a while before I figured out that it was really ok when I render it in full quality.
