    Hey folks,

I tried to reverse an audio clip in the FCP timeline. Strangely, as soon as reversed (via the Speed dialogue), it plays a totally different section of the clip. The clip was marked with in and out points and then edited into the timeline. If I copy that certain clip, paste it after the first one, and reverse it – a totally different part (which is part of the “whole” clip) is played back.

Okay, so I undid all my actions, dragged the first clip from the TL into the browser, opened it in the viewer, checked my in and out points and made a new subclip, which I then made a new master clip! I edited this clip back into the timeline, copied it, pasted it and reversed the pasted clip …. same results as above. I’m sure one of you guys comes with a brilliant idea how to solve that.

    Cheers
    Dennis
