    Hey, After Effects Gurus.

I Have a video I’m working on where when I and panning out (using the camera) and a slight pan to the left – The graphics “dance” or “jiggles”. I assume that it is because it is slowly moving from pixel to pixel? No idea. I want it to be a smooth pan out.

    Any ideas?

If you need a frame of reference: I am adding a link to Vimeo with a password for the video (I am just including it here for this post). Password “help”. Not sure what people on this forum do when they share an example… let me know if I am doing this wrong. Thank you!

A fast blur or gaussian blur .3 – .7 should help. Turn on motion blur as well. Another trick is to render interlaced to an uncompressed format before you compress for final delivery in Adobe Media Encoder (you compress either interlaced or progressive and the graphics should be smooth).
